Earlier this month, President Prabowo Subianto reaffirmed the government’s commitment to enhancing national defence capacity through the procurement of advanced aircraft and strategic defence systems as part of Indonesia’s broader defence transformation agenda. With its continuously expanding international network and industry reach, Indo Defence continues to expand its global outreach through participation in international defence and aerospace trade shows in Berlin, Germany, on 12–13 June 2026. The visit aims to strengthen connections with global industry stakeholders, explore emerging market opportunities, and encourage participation ahead of Indo Defence 2027.
The upcoming edition of Indo Defence is set to scale up, targeting 1.200 exhibitors from 60 countries, including 35 international country pavilions, and attracting approximately 47.000 professional visitors from around the world. The exhibition reinforces its role as a strategic platform that facilitates international partnerships, technology exchange, business expansion, and industrial collaboration across the defence and security sectors.
Indo Defence, incorporating with Indo Aerospace and Indo Marine 2027 Expo & Forum, is scheduled to take place on 12–15 May 2027 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), PIK2, Tangerang, Indonesia. As Indonesia’s official tri-service defence, aerospace, maritime, and security event, Indo Defence will bring together global industry leaders, technology providers, government representatives, armed forces officials, and key defence stakeholders to explore collaboration opportunities and contribute to the continued advancement of defence industries across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
